Before each session, you’ll receive a link to join our virtual meeting. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. Online therapy works much like in-person sessions—providing a safe, compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It’s a flexible option for those who prefer or need the convenience of virtual support.
